- Beat 3 to 4 eggs till mixed in shallow bowl - place 2 to 3 cups flour in another bowl, mix with season salt to desired taste - Use meat tenderizer hammer to flatten Elk meat to about 1/4 inch - Coat the meat with egg and then with flour and season salt mixture - Heat olive oil to med/high in large skillet - Cook on med/high heat until light brown - Enjoy! The guys at work get jealous when they know what you're eating.
