Go up Pyatte draw get to the top. The road trail to the south is a long ridge going towards Diamond Point. You can see a long way. The other place is Preacher Canyon spotter on the power line ridge. Hunt coming from above the control road. Bring radios.

Hi, I hope this little bit of info will at least get you somewhat prepared for your hunt. I have NOT hunted this area either. But, I have been in that area and I saw a few elk. One was a BIG Bull! They are in that area. Since you won't be able to do any early scouting, try calling the Fish and Game guy for that unit and ask him for some pointers on where to look. Good Luck.
