Beat your elk till tenderized
lay it out cut in stripes' roll in flour
add pepper, salt to taste'
roll onions and sirloin into a roll
fry in oil, till done
cut potatoes into wedges with skin left on them
put taters into a plastic bag
with oil and flour
shake it up till covered with flour
set oven at 350 degree
put taters on flat sheet
lay taters in a roll and bake till done
add flavors such as peppers and salt...
taters and sirloin tenders from Arkansas
