Off Season Elk Scouting

The big advantage of off-season scouting is that there is no set time limit and no bag limit on photos and memories.
Here are a few memories I can share: Elk squealing in a meadow, a calf leaping a fence, a small group of Elk in their feeding area and a young bull feeding.
One thing I have made a rule of is to never go out without a camera. I have learned this the hard way, believe me.

Nice photos, Pat. Must have been last summer? Looks like some fuzz on the spike.
