Unit 48 is very good
by: IdahoSteve

I'm not sure if you have already done your hunt in Unit 48, but if not I am quite familiar with it (it's my backyard). There are a lot of great options, but it really depends what time of season you will be out. Let me know if you have any questions.

Unit 48
by: Kosta

Hi,
I live in Twin Falls, Id - 50 miles south of unit 48. I never hunted elk there, but somebody i know is been hunting in unit 48 for the last 20 years, and he likes it. Good elk country. I have seen around 80 head in unit 49. Good luck
