ELK LOAF SUPREME

1 LB. GROUND ELK
2 EGGS
1 CAN DICED GREEN CHILIS
2 PIECES CELERY DICED
1 SMALL ONION DICED
1/2 CUP SALSA
ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS

PREHEAT OVEN AT 350

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS
LINE BAKING PAN WITH ALUMINUM FOIL

FORM INGREDIENTS INTO A LOAF
BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES

SERVE WITH WARMED TORTILLAS
OR FRESH BREAD
